Executive Board of the Mansfield Mothers Club

Co-Presidents: Sarah Joynes & Maryann Kiernan
Oversees all Club business, including the monthly newsletter. Supports the other members of the Executive Board.

Administrative Vice President: Melissa Brown
Solicits ideas for community service projects. Organizes and executes service projects. Supports the other members of the Executive Board.

Membership Director: Amie Gardner
Serves as first contact to new members. sends out new-member packets and collects new-member forms. Supports the other members of the Executive Board.

Secretary: Christine Gardosik
Maintains the member directory. generates mailing labels and produces and mails the annual Membership Directory . Produces a monthly list of children's birthdays. Supports the other members of the Executive Board.

Treasurer: Jessica Symonds
Tracks and reports the financial position of the Club. Collects dues. Supports the other members of the Executive Board.

Sunshine Mom: Lisa Cohen
Collects information about babies born to members. Upon request, organizes meal delivery to members who have recently given birth. Maintains the list of Club members who have volunteered to cook. Responsible for mailing congratulations cards to members who have recently given birth, or have other celebrations in their lives. Tracks which members are expecting and their due dates.

Member Services Coordinator: Elisabeth Foley
Responds to requests by new members for buddies. Collects information about moms-in-need.

Activities Coordinator: Jen Winrow
Coordinates activity planning for the Club. Arranges for playgroups to plan calendar events for the newsletter. Researches events for the Around Town column.

Playgroup Coordinator: Barbara O'Brien
Maintains the list of Club playgroups. Serves as the contact person for moms who want to join a playgroup, to change playgroups, or to report an issue with a playgroup.

Party Planning Coordinator: Karin Killory & Patti Welsh
Responsible for planning annual parties, including choosing the venue, decorations, menu, and entertainment.

Website Editor: Lori Willner
Maintains the website for the Mansfield Mothers Club. Ensures compliance with Mothers Club guidelines for conducting business over the Internet. Maintains the blog on Yahoo for all members to use as a forum for sharing information. For the safety of our members, we do not post our activity calendar or member directory on the website.

Newsletter Coordinator: Alycia Dancey
Responsible for laying out the monthly newsletter, and producing it in a format the can be emailed to the membership. Coordinates newsletter advertising.
